Shipping and Returns

Your pack shipment:

Shipping your purchase is easy on lumbeejewelry.com. Depending on the destination of your package, you can expect your in-stock items to arrive within 4-7 business days. Items that are marked custom made will have estimated shipping in description. All paid shipments are by USPS Mail.  Free USPS First Class Shipping for orders $99 or more. 

 

Returns:

Return and Exchange Policy:

*Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days from the purchase date for online orders - unless special notices are in description of item(s). (*exclusions, all engraved, Lumbee jewelry (sterling silver, gold), genuine stone Inlay jewelry, made-to-order jewelry and hand made textile items are non-exchange and non-refundable.) Jewelry or gift item must be in unworn/unused condition with all original accessories. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Return Instructions:

First Login to your LumbeeJewelry.com account to request a RMA.

  1.     Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
  2.     Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  3.     Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  4.     (optional) Add an explanation, in order for Cyna's to better understand why you want to return this product(s).
  5.     Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip", and a request  of your return is sent to us. The request will appear as "Waiting for confirmation" in your "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from the account page.
  6.     We will send you an email regarding the return request,  upon acceptance we will issue a refund or credit slip.All returns will be  mailed to: PO BOX 3719 Pembroke NC 28372.

Returns by Mail

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
  2. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  4. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS with tracking number or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store.

You can expect a refund or credit slip within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
